Raising a family is the most important thing we do as parents. It is one of the most challenging and exhausting journeys we can take in life. Our approach is to support you in creating more closeness and fun in your family. We have watched as many families have transformed their lives and created more joyful and peaceful relationships. Our classes and workshops are supportive and reaffirming. We understand how hard it is to parent in our world today and provide an atmosphere that is non-judgemental.

based on the book The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life by Renee Trudeau

Date: 4th Thursdays of the month, 7-9:30pm
(Meets February 28, March 27, April 24, May 22, June 26, July 24)

Location: Central Austin

Cost: $180/ six month session (includes copy of The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal)
