		Family InSight Family InSight is dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers to create more peace, love, understanding, and joy in their life and families. We offer a variety of educational services including workshops and courses for parents, teachers, and child care professionals.

Carlene Townley

Carlene Townley received her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relationships from the University of Texas. She brings more than 10 years of experience working with infants to teenagers in the child care profession to Family InSight. She is a certified instructor for the International Network for Children and Families and teaches the Redirecting Children’s Behavior (RCB) course. She is also a RTA trained Personal Renewal Group Facilitator. Carlene is a DONA trained postpartum doula. Carlene is committed to her own personal growth by improving her skills through regular continuing education. She is the founder and director of Family InSight. Carlene’s three children (6 and 4 year old boys and 18 month old girl) give her ample opportunity to practice her RCB skills. Her husband of 8 years, Brian, is also a great support. Working with children and families is her passion and she looks forward to speaking and connecting with you!
